We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive with experience in real estate to drive sales for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their property needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing channels.
- Client Interaction: Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, offering suitable property solutions.
Property Tours
: Organize and conduct property site visits, showcasing property features and benefits to clients.Sales Negotiation
: Negotiate property deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction, and assist in preparing agreements and contracts.Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate trends, property values, and competition to provide clients with informed advice.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales, prospects, and client interactions. Submit regular sales reports to management.
Customer Relationship Management
: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support and addressing property-related queries.Target Achievement
: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.- Key Skills and Qualifications

Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).Experience
