Represent the Company and the Builder as a Sales Executive in selling our Apartment projects.
Calling and identifying prospective clients and inviting them to visit our sites.
Meeting the client in office/ site / or a mutually agreed location present the offered apartment.
Negotiate and close the sales at the given rate.
Generate revenue on monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade prospects.
- Strong negotiator and closer, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Passionate about customer success and building long-term relationships.
