Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive - Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, especially Facebook Ads and Google Ads, combined with excellent business development skills. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that align with the companys growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via multiple channels including emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.

Sales Outreach: Initiate communication with leads, schedule meetings, and present our digital marketing services.

Client Meetings: Attend meetings with potential clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions offered by Genix Entertainment.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase how our digital marketing strategies can drive growth for clients.

Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (campaign managers, creative team) to ensure client expectations are met post-sale.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to stay updated on the latest market dynamics.

Knowledge Sharing: Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.

Requirements:

Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other major digital platforms.

Experience in Business Development: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to clients.

Sales Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the agency.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth project handovers post-sale.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing digital marketing trends and platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with CRM systems for managing sales leads and pipelines.

Knowledge of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.

Understanding of landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and basic SEO principles.
