Job Description

Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales of residential or commercial properties. This role involves understanding client needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify potential clients through various channels including networking, referrals, online marketing, and cold calling.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
    • Provide clients with comprehensive information about available properties and market conditions.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits.
    • Negotiate terms and prices of property sales with clients and ensure satisfactory agreements.
    • Prepare and present offers and contracts to clients and facilitate the signing process.
  • Administrative and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property sales, including contracts and agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies during the sales process.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate with property managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to address client needs and ensure a smooth transaction process.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and to secure ongoing relationships.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in real estate sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
