Job Description

About Us:
  • DCS Techno Services Pvt Ltd is a leading supplier of high quality Mining tools and industrial solutions. We are dedicated to providing innovative and reliable products to our clients, helping them achieve their manufacturing goals efficiently. We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic individuals to drive growth in the Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand regions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in the Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand regions.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers in the Mining and manufacturing industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Product Promotion: Effectively promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of our Mining tools to potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, providing product information, and assisting with post-sales support.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand regions.
  • Requirements:

Experience: 1 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the tools or manufacturing industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local languages is a plus.
