Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead-generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Research to understand client needs, present product/service information, and demonstrate how our offerings meet those needs.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, negotiating terms and agreements as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors to
effectively position our products/services in the market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the management team.
- Capability to identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and resolve issues that arise during the sales process.
Requirements/Skills we re looking for: - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients and understanding of cultural nuances is desirable.
