Responsibilities:

1. Develop a brand style guide to ensure consistency in marketing efforts
2. Create a multi-channel marketing content strategy
3. Manage external partners for marketing collateral creation
4. Track KPIs of marketing campaigns
5. Write marketing messages for online and offline campaigns
6. Create an editorial calendar.
7. Having civil,Architecture,Technical Designer background
8. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
9. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
10. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
11. Answers questions from clients
12. Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
13. Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
14. Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
15. Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
16. Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
17. Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
18. Makes product appeal to the target market Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
19. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
