Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of refractory materials, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of refractory products and the ability to provide technical solutions to meet customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech in Ceramic/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Material Science

Minimum 2 year experience in refractory field.

Familiarity with industry standards, specifications, and quality requirements related to refractory products. Ability to provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product
