Job Description

Working Days- 6 days

0ffice time - 10 AM to 7 PM
  • Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing personalized advice and recommendations.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective buyers.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate information and competitive deals.Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, including sales agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
