Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Counsel India in Hisar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling specialized psychology programs and courses, developing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive growth. Additionally, the Sales Executive will provide personalized counselling solutions to individuals and organizations.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of psychology and counselling domains
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
