Role Overview
The
Sales Executive - Corporate Business is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategies to meet the sales targets. The Sales Executive will be a crucial link between the company and its corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while also working towards expanding the corporate client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Client Acquisition:
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential corporate accounts.
- Conduct market research to understand corporate needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Develop trust-based relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to corporate clients to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to create effective pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare and present business proposals and negotiations that address the client's needs while meeting company goals.
- Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic sales efforts.
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to maximize revenue generation from corporate accounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products and services to existing corporate clients.
- Client Retention & Development:
- Ensure high client retention by delivering excellent service and understanding client needs.
- Regularly update clients on new product offerings and services to deepen relationships and generate repeat business.
- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.
- Analyze corporate client behavior and market demands to provide insights for product development and marketing.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and client information in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and corporate account development to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Fresher, 1 year in corporate sales or B2B sales would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
