Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role at Colossus Nexus located in Pune. As an Sales Executive , your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to: developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms and advertising campaigns, building new partnerships/relationships, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development in the IT sector or a comparable industry
Strong understanding of market research and segmentation, as well as a proven track record in running successful marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, social media, and advertising techniques
Experience in managing a team, including mentoring and performance management
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish
Dedication to staying up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, platforms, and technologies, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development
