Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at Coffea, you will help us grow by finding new business opportunities, building relationships with current clients, and promoting our coffee products. You'll create and implement sales plans, hit sales targets, and keep our customers happy.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Find new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, networking, and generating leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and follow effective sales plans to meet revenue goals and grow our market share.
- Product Promotion: Inform clients about our coffee products, their features, and benefits through presentations, demonstrations, and marketing materials.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to spot growth opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Create regular sales reports and forecasts, track sales performance, and provide insights to management for better decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work with teams like Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and align with company goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a great customer experience by promptly answering inquiries, resolving issues, and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Proven success in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
