We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solutions in the Rajkot region. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities through on-the-ground engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Manage the Rajkot territory effectively, identifying key prospects and developing a strategic plan to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events to identify and qualify potential leads interested in ERP software solutions.
- Client Consultation: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, demonstrate the value proposition of our ERP solutions, and propose tailored recommendations.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct onsite product demonstrations to showcase the features and functionalities of our ERP software, addressing client inquiries and concerns to drive interest and engagement.
- Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the benefits of our ERP solutions, highlighting their ability to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings for clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and contractual terms.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, address objections or concerns, and facilitate the contract negotiation process to secure new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, track progress against sales targets, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in field sales, preferably in selling ERP software solutions or other technology products/services, is highly desirable.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of ERP software concepts and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and articulate complex technical concepts.
