Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Coding Commando in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products to potential clients, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends. You will also interact with customers and clients as needed to ensure successful partnerships and collaborations. Experience in e-learning and ed-tech sales is required. The competitive salary ranges from 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA, depending on your experience and market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new candidates and clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate and close enrollments and deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing candidates and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve outreach efforts.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest developments in coding education.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-learning or education sector.
  • Previous experience in e-learning and ed-tech sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales pitching.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of coding languages or the tech industry is beneficial.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
