Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Assist in organizing and participating in promotional activities and events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and client interactions.
Deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to assist in decision-making processes.
Strong communication skills in English and Telugu, team-building skills, and a flair for public speaking.
