Job Description: Sales Executive (Software Pharma Domain)

Role: Sales Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune

Overview: We are hiring a Sales Executive to drive sales within the pharmaceutical software sector. This role requires proactive field visits and a commitment to a 6-day workweek. Ideal candidates will excel in client engagement, possess strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to prospect and engage with clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Present software solutions and demonstrate value to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities, manage leads, and forecast sales accurately.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical software domain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
