Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including customer acquisition, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to promote and sell BRULON's dental product range to dental professionals, clinics, corporate chains, and dental distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

2. Identify and prospect potential customers, including dental clinics, corporate chains, dental institutions and dental supply distributors.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the dental industry.

4. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the features, benefits and applications of our dental materials.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption.

6. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports and market feedback to the management.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and challenges.

8. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Knowledge of the dental industry, dental terminology, procedures and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
