Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services. These include website development, lead generation via social media and search engine ads, calling, email, and LinkedIn automation, video production (live-action and animation), and graphic design for product brochures, presentations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to sell our services in web development, lead generation (social media, search engine ads, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn automation), and creative services (videos and graphic design).
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and marketing managers.
Sales Strategy:* Create and execute a robust sales strategy to target potential clients in need of comprehensive digital marketing solutions.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Leverage your understanding of our service offerings to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Product Presentation: Present customized digital marketing solutions to prospective clients, including explaining the benefits of websites, ad campaigns, email automation, LinkedIn outreach, explainer/demo videos, and graphic design services.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing new business and growing accounts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure a smooth handover of clients and project execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, particularly within digital marketing, advertising, or similar industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media ads, search engine marketing, automation tools).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate the benefits of websites, lead generation strategies, video content, and creative assets to prospective clients.
Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management software is a plus.
