Job Summary:As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail store. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products to meet those needs. Your goal is to maximize sales, build lasting relationships with customers, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Customer Engagement:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Performance:- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Promote and upsell products and services to increase sales volume.- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
Product Management:- Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
Collect and record customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.Administrative Duties:
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to store operations and strategy discussions.
Education:- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience:
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with POS systems.
