Job Description

  • Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company
  • Evaluate a client s needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales targets
  • Cold call, message customers to arrange site visits
  • Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation
  • Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders
  • Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes
  • Develop relationships with clients, builders to increase performance
