Job Description

Job Title:Sales Executive

Location:Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site)

Reports to:Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking apassionate Sales Executive with a strong understanding of chemical materialsto drive business growth in the EU and US markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have adeep knowledge of the battery recycling industryand experience in navigating diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the EU and US markets, focusing on battery recycling and materials recovery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including CAM manufacturers and electronics companiesin the chemical materials sector.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs, aligning with BatX Energies offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft and execute sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the EU and US.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Marketing, Chemistry, Materials Science,or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience focusing on the EU and US markets, preferably in the energy, recycling, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of chemical materials, particularly in the context of battery recycling and materials recovery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Notion for organizing and managing sales activities, reports, and client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Knowledge of the battery industry and circular economy principles is a strong advantage.
