Role Overview
We are looking for a
Field Sales Executive with a background in automation product sales, such as switches or related technologies. The candidate will focus on building and maintaining relationships with wholesalers and dealers in the Pimpri-Chinchwad region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with wholesalers, dealers, and distributors for automation and sensor products.
- Promote motion sensors, home automation solutions, and smart lighting products to clients in the Pune region.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and resolve client queries effectively.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain an updated client database.
- Travel within the assigned territory to maximize business opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any field (preferably BBA or technical degree).
- Experience: 1-2 years in automation product sales, switch sales, or a similar domain.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automation and sensor-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Pune region.
