Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2B Sales)
Location: Chickpet, Bangalore
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance

Role Overview
We are hiring a
Field Sales Executive for our Chickpet location in Bangalore. The candidate will work closely with our distributor and focus on building strong relationships with wholesalers and dealers to drive business in the Bangalore region. Proficiency in Kannada and ownership of a bike is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit the distributor at Chickpet to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Conduct field visits to wholesalers, dealers, and other potential clients within the Bangalore region.
- Promote sensor-based solutions, including motion sensors and smart lighting, to grow the business.
- Maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals within the assigned territory.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on targets and achievements.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any field (preferably BBA).
- Experience: 1+ year in B2B sales, field sales, or retail sales.
- Skills:
- Fluent in Kannada (mandatory).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Other Requirements:
- Must own a bike and be willing to travel extensively within Bangalore.
- Reside near or be willing to commute to Chickpet daily.
