Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and explaining products to potential customers. You will play a key role in driving sales and managing data efficiently using MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and customer queries.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
• Maintain internal trackers, manage data, and update MIS sheets regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Experience in handling inbound calls and managing customer queries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits effectively.
• Basic knowledge of data management and using internal trackers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
