Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at AppSierra. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This role is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of the IT services and IT consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and meetings
- Identify client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements
- Present product demonstrations and sales proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions
