We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving lead generation, conducting client meetings, managing customer relationships, and closing deals in the Delhi/NCR region.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present our services, and propose tailored solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation and contract finalization.
Collaboration with Pre-Sales and Senior Sales Team: Work closely with the pre-sales and senior sales team at HQ to develop proposals, address client queries, and close deals.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.
Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation strategies
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities and progress to the sales manager.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
