We can help you save time, money, and stress while making sure everything is done properly and on time. Duties and Responsibilities: Convincing prospective clients. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients. Generate new business leads and opportunities globally. Achieve or exceed revenue targets. Working actively on the scheduled appointments with clients. Sending details of new properties on the market to people in your database. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair & honest dealing. Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities. Salary structure- Fixed+Incentives, Monthly Fixed salary ( depending upon profile and interview) 6 Days work from office Skills : Sales/Customer service skills Outstanding communication ability Confident and pleasant personality Well-organized Ability to work with targets Sound judgement 10th and 12th CBSE or Graduated
