We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities,
and competitor activities.
To Handle Exports/Dom Inquiry and close the leads within timeline.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
and expand customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key
decision-makers and influencers.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line and its technical
knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
To Plan sales visit Territory given and represent Company product.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences to
promote products and generate leads.
Work closely with marketing, engineering, and production teams to align
sales strategies with company objectives.
To achieve given monthly/ yearly Target given By the Company
Management.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal
teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a
related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role in industrial
equipment or machinery sales, preferably in plastic testing equipment.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of leading a
successful sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry
events.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
