Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Academy of Coaching located in Pune. As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls to potential customers, securing appointments, making personal visits, pitching the firm's services to potential clients and closing sales deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining client records and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal knowledge of English, Marathi & Hindi is a must along with excellent written knowledge of English
• Proven track record in sales
• Freshers with excellent selling, persuasion and negotiation skills can apply
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
• The right candidate will be offered salary along with mobile SIM, petrol allowance and attractive commission
• Having a two wheeler along with a valid drivers license is a must
