Job Description: Sales Executive (Film and Photography Production House)
  • Company Overview: We are a dynamic film and photography production house specializing in creating compelling visual content for diverse clientele ranging from corporate businesses to creative agencies.   • Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success in the film and photography industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within an advertising or a design agency. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate our services.
Collaborate with the production team to create tailored proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and align with client objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in sales within the film, photography, or advertising industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and build relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
