Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales of the residential projects.

Maintaining the quality of services for company good will and getting more bookings with the help of effective market research.

Conducting meeting to change prospect into buyer.

Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction. And closing the deals.

Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients to achieve business targets.

Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular basis, providing redress to all their queries,

Complaints and maintaining good client relation.

Meet the targets set by the manager.

Generating effective leads.

Desired Skills and experience

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following

1. 1to 3Years of experience in Real estate Sales.

2.Should be a Graduate.

3. Good in Communication both English and Hindi.

CTC: Upto 8 LPA
