Ours is a small scale manufacturing unit engaged in Hydraulic hose assemblies and fittings and we deal with major brands like Gates, Parker, Manuli, Semperit, Aeroquip, Dewflex etc. Ours is a one stop shop for all type of Flexible Hose assemblies and fitting
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Knowledge of the Indian job market and industry trends
