Salary: 20,000 to 35,000 per month (depending on interview performance) + Incentives
Chhabra Properties Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to manage a sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales agents.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:.
1 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
