About the team:
Govt 3P team takes care of government PG Accounts Pan India and Telco business (both On-Us and Off-Us). The team takes care of entire end-to-end onboarding; customer management; query/concerns resolution and growing business on PG Model.
About the Role:
This role will be a challenging one that will test your abilities on a daily basis, you will make a significant impact in improving the product.
Requirement/Expectation:
1.Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture.
2. Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day
3.Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project
4. Develop comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholders.
5. Track Program/Project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
6.Engage with various Business & Technology Teams within Paytm to identify common bottlenecks, especially on the Technology front.
7. Enable and encourage the use of common services to increase the speed of development and execution.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Smart thinking and clear communication
2. Must have prior experience with Fresh desk CRM.
3. Working on Chat BOT will be preferred.
4.Should be able to logically derive conclusions.
5.Prior experience in coding (Any language) with Knowledge of APIs will be a plus.
6.High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation
7.Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along.
8. Understanding of Technology and User Experience
9.Growth Mindset
10.Willingness to experiment and improve continuously.
11. 4-5 years of prior experience is a must.
Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
