Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at our Mumbai location. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating effectively with clients, managing sales processes, and delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum 25 Years of experience in B2B Sale. Preferably Industrial Sales

Key Responsibilities

1. To handle overall business development cycle in the field of furniture hardware by interacting with furniture manufacturers directly, and getting specified architects, contractors and interior designers.
2. To have a thorough product knowledge and suggest right product for right application.
3. Efficiently coordinate with customers- distributors Plants to ensure best service.
4. Collection of payments and to maintain credit discipline.
5. Provide specific, weekly, and monthly reports.
6. Introduce new product to the customers and to ensure that it is converted into their specified requirement and subsequent sale.
7. Suggest new strategies based on client feedback/comments relating to product and pricing.

Required competencies

• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Flair for industrial sales
• Good English oral and written communication skills
• An effective team player with a strong work ethic
• Personal presentation skilll
• Minimum 25 Years of experience in B2B Sale. Preferably Industrial Sales.

Qualification

Preferably B.E (Mech),DME, Science Graduate and/ or PGDM in Marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and sales abilities
• Customer service skills
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of CRM software is beneficial
