Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging technical presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide expert technical support to clients during the sales process and after implementation
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase our systems capabilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building with clients
- Create and maintain technical documentation including proposals, specifications, and user manuals
- Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost product awareness and sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems
