Desired candidate's profile:
Education: Diploma / B.Tech. in Mechanical/ MBA is preferred
Experience in industrial sales.
Good English, strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fair exposure to handle EPCs or consultants executing projects in boiler industry.
Result oriented, self-driven individual with high level of technical expertise and strong commercial acumen.
Capable of handling multiple products.
Willing to travel extensively.
Responsibilities of Sales Engineer
Responsible for generating inquiries & leads from process industries OEMs and EPC.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for business growth.
New market development.
Guiding customers based on their technical data.
Customer retention.
Taking ownership & responsible for forming strategic selling.
Responsible for achieving sales and volume targets.
To mentor and train the team to grow & contribute more for the company.
Liaison with execution team to ensure pre and post-sales activities are done properly and on time
Handle inquiry, proposal making, technical discussion, negotiation, order finalisation, execution and collection of payment.
