Overview
The Sales Engineer is responsible for the topline sales growth of their Industrial Pump and
geyser business vertical line.
Key Objectives
Deliver topline sales growth for the Hot Water System, Solar Systems, Heat Pumps,
Industrial Pumps, Boilers, geysers and Services business. Driving sales growth, profitability,
and new business and market development. Also hold direct reporting responsibility for
ensuring timely delivery of committed products and services through liasoning with business
stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to existing and
prospective customers.
Responsible to identify and develop new prospects /Customers and retention of
existing customers to establish and foster a relationship.
Arrange meetings with customers to introduce Aquatics group of companys
Products
Participate in one-on-one meetings with Customers to explain our products and
generate enquires from them.
Responsible to understand customer needs and develop the solution for the
customer based on the matches offered by our systems.
Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing Customers.
Making daily entry in CRM related to customer meetings and reporting to
management.
Qualifications
Graduate Engineer in Mechanical preferred Or: Diploma Mechanical.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the Industrial Geysers and Pumps including sales
management in this territory for at least three years.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills
An aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic and tactical thinking, and detailed
planning
Market development and sales management in industrial geyser and pump markets
should be able to handle Customers independently,
Good in networking
Experience in business to business marketing design and installation
Should be sound in entrepreneurial thinking, and technical skills
Should be willing to travel extensively in the region
