Qualification : B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Experience : 1-4 Years
Salary : 20k to 40k Per Month
Responsibilities
Provide accurate information to client. (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Support branding and promotion through social media marketing and other relevant channels
Visit the client place and ensure client satisfaction. (if needed)
To have better coordination & provide excellent service to the client.
Shall be responsible for achieving sales targets of the organization through effective planning.
Distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
Shall be responsible for converting inquiry into order in a positive manner.
Shall be responsible for resolving Client complaints regarding sales and service.
Shall be responsible for collection of outstanding from the Client as per company norms.
Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
Contacting potential clients through cold calls, Emails and other sources of generating lead.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Report to the Sales Head on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requisite Skills
The ability and desire to sell.
Should have sales experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive, confident and determined approach.
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
