- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise and support to the customers. This includes understanding the engineering products or solutions offered by the company in-depth and effectively communicating their technical features and benefits to potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Visiting customers to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals. Recommend appropriate products or solutions that meet their needs and provide value.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to customize solutions or propose modifications to existing products/services based on customer feedback and requirements.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives. This may include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and participating in sales meetings and negotiations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Act as a primary point of contact for technical queries, support requests, and ongoing customer service needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams to help shape future strategies and offerings.
- Skill/Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or chemical engineering) is typically required. Some roles may prefer candidates with a master's degree or additional certifications related to sales or specific technical fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts related to the company's products or services. Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies may also be required.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their business needs, and effectively articulate how the company's solutions can address those needs.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, engineers, and other stakeholders. Experience in cross-functional teamwork and project management is beneficial.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry sectors or markets served by the company, including relevant regulations, standards, and competitive landscape.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and expectations.
- Flexibility and Adaptability*: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 10,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
