ROLE
To generate new business and repeat business from existing customers in order to meet the organization's goals for sales growth.
To increase customer base through customer mining,customer segmentation and approaching new regions in the allocated territory.
Ensuring customer satisfaction in the allocated territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To visit minimum 3-5 customers relevant to the business segments provided everyday depending on the territory allocations
2. Submission of data on market scenario, competitors strategy and other relevant information to management bi-weekly as per format provided.
3. Generation of error free shipment instructions to HO.
4. Conversion and accountability of materials issued on customer trials.
5. Adhering to the latest price list while sharing information on price to customer.
6. Generate daily visit report and weekly sales review reports as per company policy.
7. Capturing customer requirements and disseminating to the sales and customer support team for quotations.
8. Co-ordination with back office support staff and ensuring customer requirements of delivery payment, issues on complaints, etc. are taken care off.
9. Constantly upgrading product knowledge to meet customer applications.
10. Supporting promotional activities of the organisation in their respective territories allocated.
11. Updation of the sales funnel in SAP
12. Recording the customer visit minutes in the SAP
