Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer / Project Sales professional to join our team specializing in Water Treatment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in water treatment processes and a proven track record in sales. This role involves driving sales, managing projects, and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water treatment sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including preparing and delivering technical presentations.
  • Work closely with engineering and project management teams to develop and deliver customized water treatment solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and gather necessary information for project proposals.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in water treatment solutions.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the water treatment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
