Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at PMAC-MACHINES PVT LTD. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by cultivating new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the machine tools industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain product features and specifications
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively, as required

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers and presenting our range of products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical support and solutions through effective product demonstrations and presentations
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the defined timeline
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking events to generate leads and promote our products and services
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the sales management team regarding sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback
