Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide them with appropriate product and service solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings in the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building.
- Prepare and present product proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
- Utilize your engineering background (B.Tech in Mech/Civil) to provide technical guidance to clients.
- Address client inquiries related to product specifications, installation, and maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Provide feedback to the management team for continuous product and service improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Report sales activities and progress regularly to the management.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the [industry] industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
