Involved in direct sales to Consultants and clients in the Automation Segment (Process / OEM / HVAC / BMS), Pharmaceutical Segment and OEM.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Set sales targets aligned with company goals.
Maintain and build relationships with key clients such as consultant, contractors and end-user
Persuade clients that the product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Use data and analytics to assess sales performance and identify improvement areas.
Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth.
Lead negotiations with major clients and finalize high-value deals.
Travel as needed to meet clients for closing orders.
B.E. in Instrumentation/ Electrical.
Strong technical ability to explain product functions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Expertise in business development, territory management, and new business growth.
Ability to build client relationships and respond promptly and effectively.
