Job Overview
NDTS India (P) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) & Evaluation services to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai with a competitive salary range.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the engineering services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our NDT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients in understanding our services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
