Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our loT Products and digital solutions, their features, and benefits.
- Accountable for order intakes, and revenue generation for regional customers.
- Sells services and solutions in the fields.
- You will help define the development roadmap, with clear connections at utilities, Industries, and Renewables and an understanding of the operation process.
- Works in partnership with the product team for all approval processes
- Identify and target potential customers within the designated industry segment, including electrical contractors, manufacturers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Works with the delivery team to maximize revenue recognition and profit margin.
- Pre-requisites Constructive selling approach.
- Prior experience working with the utilities, Industries, and Renewables sector.
- Familiar with direct sales and utilities tender process.
- Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and pain points, and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and value of our products.
- Collaborate to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to meet customer expectations and sales targets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales cycle, addressing any technical inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and other networking events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience as in similar Industry.
- Knowledge regarding loT based systems is a plus.
- Experience in providing technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and training.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in skills the electrical industry.
- Understanding of Electrical Principles.
- Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and provide on-site support as needed.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, programming languages, and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of principles, tools and techniques.
Salary offered
5 to 7 LPA.
