Sales Engineer

Qualification

• B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy)

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Prepare and send quotes to customers and follow up on their status
• Process orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate deliveries with the manufacturing team
• Assist with marketing campaigns, such as email newsletters, social media posts, and webinars
• Prepare and update sales reports and dashboards
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and satisfaction
• Maintain and update customer records and databases
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
• Prepare sales order/ Invoices/ Quotations
• Prepare dispatch Planning & creating order confirmation in the system
• Follow up for the payment with the clients

• Previous experience as a sales Engineer, sales assistant, or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good in Excel for MIS
• Familiarity with CRM software and online platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
