Position: Sales Engineer/ Manager

Experience: 3+ Years

Package: Up to 9 LPA (Depends on your interview & last CTC)

Location: Delhi, Mumbai & Chennai Location

Industry Type: Water Treatment / Waste Management Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Notice Period: 0-15 Days

Interview Mode: Face To Face/ Google Meet

  • Key Responsibilities:

Proper planning and meeting customers and generating enquiries.

Handling complaints.

Sealing products WTP, STP, RO, ETP etc.

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain

Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Experience in Water industries preferred like STP, WTP, RO, ETP plants.

  • REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS

Proven sales track record

Experience in customer support is a plus point

Hands on experience with selling of Sewage treatment, water treatment and waste water treatment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Worked in an industry relevant to waste water treatment & Industrial Water treatment

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

  • BSc/B.tech in business administration, sales or relevant field
